Re: Change of the FBL Rate Card Structure

Dear Sellers,

First of all, thank you for being loyal and consistent customers to Fulfilment by Lazada (FBL). We are pleased to inform you that FBL service (both lead time and inventory accuracy) have been improved recently, and we never stop improving our Fulfilment by Lazada service (FBL) in order to support your business growing in the market.

At the same time, we also would like to inform you of a new FBL rate card structure. This rate card was effective since 1st Aug 2018. The new FBL rate card will start charging based on tiers (standard, large, bulky) relating to the items’ dimensions and weight as below. (shipping fees are not included and will be charged separately).

a. All the above mentioned FBL related fees are excluding VAT.

b. FBL rates include fulfilment operations as explained in the remarks above. Shipping fees are not included.

c. FBL Fees will be deducted in Seller Center account, and calculated on monthly basis.

d. Other FBL related fees shall be kept unchanged and shall be followed those prescribed by the Market Place Agreement and applicable Appendix.

e. Fees can be revised at any time with a notification period agree in contracts. The most recent ratecard that is posted on BMS (Business Management System) overwrites previous versions.

This notification shall be treated as an integral part of the FBL Appendix.
