Terms and Condition for New Seller Packages
1. For new sellers who have not previously operated on Lazada and must open a shop in the form of
an individual seller from 1-30 November 2021(reserved for Thai citizens only)
2. Seller must apply and receive approval of all necessary documents within the month of application only.

Baht or more, only fore store that open in Lazada within 45 days after sign up, have at least 10
purchasable items, and join Lazada Helps Thai Campaign

must be a new seller who have not previously operated on Lazada, must apply and receive
document approval within the month of application and have at least 3 purchasable items
within 2 days after sign up
1. All orders with delivered status, sellers are entitled to pay commission fee to Lazada in joining ฅ
Lazada Special Free Shipping Max Program at 4%. With commission paid to Lazada at 200 Baht
maximum per order.
2. "Service fee 4%" does not include value added (VAT). The shops who join this program will get
commission exempt for 30 days. By having this, sellers need to have documents approved by
Lazada within a month and have a non-compliance point (ncp) score of less than 6.
3. Registration period is every Tuesday - Sunday of every week through your Seller Center account.
All sellers will start together on the Monday following the day you register and the 30-day period will
start on that day
4. Sellers will be automatically enrolled in this program unless you opt out within 3 days before 30
days completion of program
Daily Cashback Program
1. By participating in the Daily Cashback Program, the seller agrees to enter all their store active
SKUs to participate in the Daily Cashback Program for 30days.
2. The sellers must pay a commission fee ("Commission") of 2% (two percent) or any other
commission rate as notified by Lazada to sellers (“Commission Rate”), to Lazada for each SKU
purchased by the customer that is tagged as an eligible “Cashback” item (“Eligible SKU”). The
Commission shall be calculated as follows: Commission Rate, multiply by (price of each unit that
paid by customer minus shipping fee minus applicable tax) (“Applicable Price”).
3. Seller can only withdraw from the Daily Cashback Program after a minimum commitment period of
30 (thirty) days from Seller sign-up date (“Minimum Commitment Period”). This is to provide a
coherent experience to the customer. After the Minimum Commitment Period, Sellers may withdraw
from the Daily Cashback Program upon providing a 3 (three) days’ notice via Seller Center before
the program end.
4. Lazada will do the rebate back only on successful order of each month, for unsuccessful order,
whether the seller or customer cancels the order or return the order for any reasons, or the order is
refunded by customer will not be rebate back and payment will be paid back to seller every last
Wednesday of the following month.
