Terms and Condition for New Seller Packages
1. 0% Payment Fee for 30 days
1. For new sellers who have not previously operated on Lazada and must open a shop in the form of
an individual seller from 1-31 January 2022(reserved for Thai citizens only).
2. Seller must apply and receive approval of all necessary documents within the month of application only.
2. Lazada Special Free Shipping Max Program
1. All orders with delivered status, sellers are entitled to pay commission fee to Lazada
in joining Lazada Special Free Shipping Max Program at 5%.
With commission paid to Lazada at 200 Baht maximum per order.
2. "Service fee 5%" does not include value added tax (VAT).
The shops who join this program will get commission exempt for 30 days.
By having this, sellers need to have document approved by Lazada within a month
and have a non-complicance point (NCP) score less than 6.
3. Registration invitation to program will be communicate through your seller center indicate registration period
and start date of Lazada Free Shipping Max Program.
4. Sellers will be automatically enrolled in this program unless you opt out within 3 days before 30 days completion of program.
3. Voucher from Lazada for New Sellers
Seller voucher subsidy up to 50% discount, no minimum or 120 discount for product price at 400.
Baht or more, only fore store that open in Lazada within 45 days after sign up,
have at least 10 puchasable items, and join Lazada Help Thai Campaign.
4. The store will receive a store assistant to support up to 30days,
if following this condition: Seller must be a new seller who have not operate a store in Lazada before,
the store must receive document approval within the month of application
and must have 2 purchased items within 2 days after sign up.
5. Lazada Help Thai Campaign for New Sellers, who open a shop not over 90 days from 1-30 January 2022
1. Store rating more than 70% or none
2. Cancellation rate less than 5% or none
3. Ship on time more than 65% or none
4. Non compliance point less than 6
6 Daily Cashback Program
1. By participating in the Daily Cashback Program, the seller agrees to enter all their store active SKUs
to participate in the Daily Cashback Program for 30days.
2. The sellers must pay a commission fee ("Commission") of 2% (two percent) or any other commission rate as notified by Lazada to sellers (“Commission Rate”), to Lazada for each SKU purchased by the customer that is tagged as an eligible “Cashback” item (“Eligible SKU”).
The Commission shall be calculated as follows:
Commission Rate, multiply by (price of each unit that paid by customer minus shipping fee minus applicable tax) (“Applicable Price”).
3. Seller can only withdraw from the Daily Cashback Program after a minimum commitment period of 30 (thirty) days
from Seller sign-up date (“Minimum Commitment Period”). This is to provide a coherent experience to the customer.
After the Minimum Commitment Period, Sellers may withdraw from the Daily Cashback Program upon providing a 3 (three) days’
notice via Seller Center before the program end.
4. Lazada will do the rebate back only on successful order of each month, for unsuccessful order, whether the seller
or customer cancels the order or return the order for any reasons, or the order is refunded by customer will not be rebate back
and payment will be paid back to seller every last Wednesday of the following month.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
